My name is Chelsea Sarginson, I moved here with my family while on my second mat leave with my daughter. I took a break in my teaching career to run a dayhome so I could stay home with my children. Now that they are a bit older I am ready to get back to teaching. I am so excited to be teaching Grade 3 this year and I look forward to an amazing school year.
I believe teaching revolves around three big ideas. Having a positive classroom community, which enhances learning. Helping students develop a love for learning and providing a strong foundation for lifelong learning. When students leave my classroom they should be able to take the skills that I have taught them and apply it to their daily lives.
