Volunteer Information

Parent Volunteers require

1. a current Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector search
2. a Child Intervention Search
3. a signed Oath of Confidentiality
4. and a Statutory Declaration that will make your checks valid for 3 years

Please contact your teacher or the office for a volunteer letter to take to the RCMP when requesting your criminal record check.

Please complete the following Declaration that you will notify us if anything changes that would affect your checks. This will make them valid for 3 years.

Child Intervention Check - 

Please email CFS.IRCCentral@gov.ab.ca, and they will send you the application form.

CFS will respond to emails usually the next business day (but allow up to 5 days)

Read the instructions before opening the IRC form

Complete Page One only (CFS completes Page Two)

Requests are processed within 30 business days (6 weeks). Please allow for that time frame.
