Parent Volunteers require
- a current Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector search,
- a Child Intervention Search,
- a signed Oath of Confidentiality.
- and a Statutory Declaration that will make your checks valid for 3 years.
Criminal Records including Vulnerable Sector checks can be done at the local RCMP detachment. You will need a volunteer letter. This can be obtained from your child's teacher or the school office.
Child Intervention Checks can be requested by emailing cs.472reddeer@gov.ab.ca. They will send you the forms to complete. Please direct any questions to Children's Services.
